Report on Levees and Flood Risk Released

The study report, entitled "Levees and the National Flood Insurance Program: Improving Policies and Practices" was released to the public Wednesday morning, March 20, 2013. Consulting Professor Martin McCann was part of the committee that briefed the study sponsor, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and Congressional committees, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the study findings.
